Starting out in 2002, Glen worked for a company in Connecticut that built roads. The owner of that company owned horses, so he also was involved in building and working on arenas, which is where Glen first started with arenas. In 2007, Glen moved to Kentucky, where he continued to work for a company that built roads and worked on several big projects which included the Keeneland race track and improving the Kentucky Horse Park to prepare it for the World Equestrian Games. In 2014, he started building arenas and riding rings for friends while working full time still. Being frustrated with how contractors would take advantage and over price work for people in the horse industry, he started his company full time in 2019. Since then he has been building arenas properly at a more affordable price.
Glen and his wife, Stephanie, have owned horses together since they met. Glen used to have Belgians in which he rode and drove, and now currently enjoys his paint and quarter horses for trail rides. Stephanie owned horses since she was 6 years old and has been riding since she was 4. She has ridden western, English, and played polo for UC
Glen and his wife, Stephanie, have owned horses together since they met. Glen used to have Belgians in which he rode and drove, and now currently enjoys his paint and quarter horses for trail rides. Stephanie owned horses since she was 6 years old and has been riding since she was 4. She has ridden western, English, and played polo for UCONN in high school and through college. She now is starting to show jump. Both of their children own horses and ride as well. This combination led them to move to Kentucky in 2007 to pursue their dreams of owning a bigger horse farm. Now they have an assortment of over 20 horses. Most of these horses come from kill pens and are bought by the pound to be rehomed and saved from slaughter.
